8 oz. crab mteat or imitation crab
8 oz. cream cheese
1 large garlic clove minced or 2 tsp. garlic powder.
¼ tsp. Worchester sauce
12 wonton skins
1 egg beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Chop crab meat into small pieces, then mix well with the cream cheese, garlic, and Worchester sauce.
Add 1 tsp. of the mixture to the center of the wonton. Brush edges with the egg and pinch the corners together to make a 4 cornered star.
Fry in oil heated to 350º til browned in 1-2 minutes.
