Ingredients:  
2 Boxes Jiffy Corn Bread Mix.
2 Eggs.
1/2 C. Milk.
1/2 Can Creamed Corn.
2 Cups Ground Conecuh Sausage.
1/4 C. Diced onions.
1/4 C.Diced jalapenos.
1 C. Cheese.
2 T. Oil.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown Conecuh sausage in cast iron skillet.
Turn heat off and add oil.
Spread evenly in skillet.
Add onions, peppers, and cheese.

In separate bowl:
Mix Jiffy mix with milk, egg and 1/2 can of corn.
Pour mixture over sausage.
Bake in preheated oven 375 degrees for 40 mins.

Use spatula to remove from skillet.
