6 hard boiled eggs chopped
1 lb. macaroni
2 c. mayonnaise
¼ c. Vinegar
1 ½ c. sugar
3 egg yolks
3 t. mustard
1 grated carrot
Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni according to directions and drain. Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, egg yolks, and mustard Mix into cooled macaroni. Add carrots and hard boiled eggs. Sprinkle with paprika. Make a day ahead.
