2 ¼ t. Yeast
½ c. water
½ c. milk, scalded
¼ c. butter
2 T. sugar
1 ½ t. salt
1 egg
3 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water; set aside. Combine milk, butter, sugar, and salt. Add yeast mixture; mix well. Blend in egg. Gradually add flour. Mix until well-blended and soft. Shape dough into rolls. Let rise nail doubled. Bake at 350ºuntil golden brown.
