Boneless Pork Loin

Inject with mixture of:
Apple juice
Honey
Cider vinegar
Apple cider

Rub yellow mustard over loin and sprinkle with Lawry’s seasoned salt
Directions:
Directions:
Put on smoker grill low smoke

Then turn up the smoker to cook
To 160º

Wrap in aluminum foil with more apple juice
Put in a cooler to keep until serving time
