1 pt. sour cream
1 package (1 oz.) unprepared Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing mix
3 c. diced chicken
2 c. shredded Cracker Barrel cheddar cheese
12 flour tortillas

Combine sour cream and ranch mix in a bowl.
Add the chicken and 1 c. cheese.
Spoon the mixture onto the tortillas down the middle.
Roll them up seam side down in the baking dish or pan - put them close together.
Sprinkle the tops of the tortillas with the remaining 1 c. cheese.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Serve with salsa and sour cream if desired!
Serves 12
