2 Tbsp. Butter
1 Yellow Onion, thinly sliced
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 c. Baby Carrots, rough chopped
1/2 c. Baby Potatoes, quartered
1/2 c. Water
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
2 tsp. Lawry's Seasoning
1 tsp. Onion Powder
2 Thin-cut, Boneless, Pork Chops
6 oz. Baby Portobello Mushrooms, sliced

Thickening Sauce:
1/4 c. Whipping Cream or Dream Whip
1 Tbsp. AP Flour
1 Tbsp. Corn Starch

Turn Instant Pot to Saute'. When hot, add butter. When melted, add onion and stir until softened, about 5 minutes. Add garlic powder, carrots, potatoes and water stirring to combine.

Mix onion powder, pepper and Lawry's in small bowl. Sprinkle over both sides of pork chops and nestle chops over vegetables. Hit Cancel. Lock and seal cover, select Pressure Cook and set timer to 13 minutes. Allow 10-15 minuets for pressure to build.

Release pressure using Natural-Release method for about 12 minutes. Release remaining pressure using Quick-Release method. Unlock and remove lid.

Remove chops, set aside and cover to keep warm. Hit Cancel then Saute'. Add mushrooms stirring to combine.

Whisk thickening agent ingredients together in measuring cup. Add to Instant Pot stirring to combine. Allow to thicken slightly, about 3 minutes. Ladle vegetable/gravy mix over pork chops and serve immediently.
