"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 head of iceburg lettuce, chopped
2 tomatoes diced
3/4 cup red onion diced
1/2 package of frozen peas thawed
5 eggs boiled
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
1 pound bacon cooked and crumbled
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, and brown sugar.

Layer the lettuce, tomatoes, red onion and peas (in that order) in a 9X13 glass casserole or big glass bowl. If using a bowl, I would make 2 layers of each.

Dice the eggs and layer them on top. Add salt and pepper if desired.

Evenly spread the dressing on top going all the way to the edges. Top with cheddar cheese and bacon.

Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Tomatoes can be exchanged for celery or green bell peppers. I would use about 1 cup.
