1 ½ C. rolled oats
½ C pumpkin seeds
½ C sunflower seeds
½ C hazelnuts
¼ C almonds
½ C sesame seeds
¼ C ground flaxseeds
2 tbsp chia seeds
3 tbps psyllium husks
1 ½ tsp salt
2 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp melted coconut oil
1½ C water
Filling:
2 tbsp cinnamon
6 tbsp brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large bow, combine all dry ingredients, stirring well.
2. in small bowl, whisk maple syrup, coconut oil and water.
3. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix very well until everything is completely soaked
4. Transfer ½ mixture to a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
5. Add filling in middle and add remainder of bread mixture.
6. Let stand for at least 2 hours or overnight.
7. Preheat oven to 375º F
8. Place in oven and bake 55-60 minutes.
9. Let cool before slicing
