2 C. flour
2 C. Sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
3 sticks margarin
8 tbsp cocoa
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. milk
1 box powdered sugar
1 c. nuts (if desired)

Directions:

Measure into mixing bowl: 2 c flour, 2 c sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1 tsp soda

Mix in sauce pan: 2 sticks margarine, 4 tbsp. cocoa, 1 c. water. Bring to boil and pour over flour mixture.

Add: 2 eggs, slightly beaten, 1/2 c. buttermilk and 1 tsp. vanilla.

Mix well and pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan and bake at 400 degrees for 28 to 30 minutes.

Icing:
Mix in sauce pan
1 stick margarine, 1/3 c. milk and 4 tbsp cocoa, bring to a boil
Add: powdered sugar and nuts (if desired) and beat well
Pour over cake while hot

This was always one of Stacy and Chris' favorites. It is so rich that usually someone only wants a very small piece. But sooooo good! If you like chocolate, this is for you.
