½ lb. fresh crabmeat, drained and flaked, or chopped imitation crab
¼ c. onion, finely chopped
¼ c. green pepper, finely chopped
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
½ c. crushed saltines or fresh bread crumbs
3 cloves minced garlic
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 T. mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 T. lemon juice
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 T. dried parsley
½ c. grated Parmesan cheese
¼ c. melted butter

Directions:

Thoroughly combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

Use to stuff fish filets, mushrooms, or anywhere a crab stuffing is desired.

Freezes well.
