6 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups butter
1 (13oz.) large can evaporated milk
2 Tbsp heavy cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (12 oz) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (12 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips
20 oz. mini marshmallows
2 cups nuts (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, add chocolate chips, and marshmallows.Set aside.
Mix sugar, butter and milk in a heavy saucepan over medium heat and bring to boil. Cook for 8 minutes, stirring just enough to keep from sticking around the sides. Remove from heat. Pour over chocolate chips and marshmallows. Add vanilla. Stir until melted. Add nuts. Beat until creamy. Place in butter lined cookie sheet. Cool and cut into squares.
