Ingredients: 4 boneless chicken breasts, cut in half 1 package sliced mushrooms 2 Tbs. vegetable oil 1 quart HEAVY cream 2 cups noodles, cooked Salt and pepper

Directions:Preheat oven to 375*
Add 1 Tbs.Oil to large frypan. Heat on medium high. Brown the mushrooms. Place them in a 13x9” Pyrex or metal baking pan. Add the last Tbs of oil to the same frying pan. Add chicken. Quickly Brown the chicken until golden brown on each side. Add salt and pepper to taste.The inside of the chicken should be pink. Add chicken to baking pan. Pour enough heavy cream over the mushrooms and chicken, making sure that it doesn’t overflow. Bake for 45 minutes. Cook noodles according to the package directions. . After 45 minutes, cut the chicken while still in the baking pan into smaller pieces . In large bowl, mix the noodles and chicken mushroom mixture well. The HEAVY cream will make the chicken very soft and create a really good flavor. Regular cream won’t work. So be sure to buy heavy cream.
