3 cups shredded Velveeta cheese
4 cans whole green bean (drained)
6 Tbsp. butter
6 Tbsp. onion, minced
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1½ tsp. salt
1½ tsp. paprika
1 tsp. ground mustard
1½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 cups heavy cream
6 Tbsp. fine dry breadcrumbs

Preheat oven to 350º.
In a skillet, heat butter and cook onion until tender. Remove from heat and blend in next 5 ingredients. Heat until mixture bubbles. Remove from heat, stirring constantly, gradually adding in the cream. Return to heat until boiling. Cook 1-2 minutes.

Drain beans. Carefully lay one layer in a 9" x 13" casserole dish. Pour enough sauce to cover; sprinkle with cheese and breadcrumbs. Place next layer until all is used.

Bake at 350º for 20-30 minutes in oven or until bubbles.
