2 pounds stew beef cubes
1 package LAWRYs Beef Stew Mix
5 potatoes, peeled and diced
1 package baby carrots
1 medium yellow onion, diced
2 12ounce jars Heinz Savory Beef Gravy
1 can biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Place beef cubes in bottom of crockpot. Cover with the LAWRYs stew mix.
Add potatoes onion and carrots.
Pour gravy over the top...add 2 jars water over that.
Cover and cook on High 2 hrs or low for a longer time till meat and vegetables are tender.
Pour all the stew into an ovenproof casserole.
Cover with the biscuits.
Bake @ 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned.
Serve and enjoy!

My mother used to make this on top of stove and then put drop biscuits on top and bake in oven
until lightly browned. It was an easy way to have a whole meal for our big family. It was yummy!
