1 cup real butter (softened)

3/4 cup sugar

3/4 cup brown sugar

1 large egg

2 1/4 cups flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

24 oz bag of white or chocolate chips morsels



Directions:

Preheat oven to 365 degrees

In a large bowl cream together the butter, sugars an egg making sure creamed well

Stir in the flour, baking soda and salt are blended

We come to the chips white/chocolate morsels lets fold them in the batter don't stir

Once morsels are folded in roll into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet

Bake for 12 mins

These were the very first cookies I had made from scratch ever an they were awesome. I thought about changing it up an lessen some of the ingredients but you can make that choice after you make them if you have a family member who is a diabetic
