1 pound hamburger
1 onion
1 tsp. minced garlic
2 c. salsa - divided
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
10 flour tortillas
1 c. shredded mexican cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook hamburger and onion n a skillet over medium hear until cooked through. Add garlic, stir in 1 c. salsa, chili powder, salt and pepper.
Cook mixture over low heat for 10 minutes.
Divide meat mixture evenly between tortillas, spreading down middle and sprinkle cheese on top.
Roll up tortillas and place seam down on a baking sheet lined with foil.
Spray with a light layer of cooking spray or melted butter or olive oil.
Bake in 375º oven for 10 minutes or until tortillas are golden brown.
