1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp corn starch
3/4 Tbsp flour
2 1/4 cups milk
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
3/4 Tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
Pie shell
Toppings: sliced bananas and whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in a sauce pan: sugar, corn starch, and flour.

Stir milk in gradually.

Cook over low heat stirring constantly until mixture is thick and boils. Boil 1 min. Remove from heat.

Stir some of the hot custard mixture into the egg yolks. Blend the egg mixture into the remainder of the hot custard.

Boil 1 min more, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.

Stir in butter and vanilla. Let cool.

Pour custard into pie shell. Refrigerate. Once completely cooled, top with sliced bananas and whipped cream.
