SAUCE:

⅓ cup HOISIN sauce
1 tsp Asian Chile garlic sauce
1 TB soy sauce
1 TB rice vinegar

WRAP:

2 TB sesame oil
1 pound chicken, either finely cubed or ground
1 tsp pepper
1 - 8 oz drained can of Waterchestnuts, chopped
1 cup thinly shredded cabbage
1 tsp minced fresh ginger
1 head of butter lettace
½ cup sliced green onions

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saute pan with oil, lightly brown chicken,

season with soy sauce, pepper & ginger

Add cabbage & water chestnuts & saute until cabbage is wilted but not over cooked.

Make sauce & pour over mixture & cook until warm.

Separate lettuce leaves, rinse clean then dry thoroughly. wrap in paper towels & keep in frig so they are cold & crispy.

Spoon a dollup of mixture onto lettuce wrap, sprinkle with green onions & enjoy!
