3 garlic cloves
3/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
3/4 cup beef stock
1/4 cup honey 🍯
1 tsp orange zest
Boneless Chuck Roast
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Potatoes 🥔
Carrots 🥕
Onions 🌰

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl wisk garlic, vinegar, stock, honey, and orange zest.
Rub roast with salt and pepper.
In a slow cooker. Add potatoes, onions and carrots, then place the roast on top of the vegetables.
Pour the garlic mixture over the roast.
Cook for 5 hours on high or 10 hours on low or until roast is very tender and falls apart.

I have not tried this but it looks like a good twist to the old way of making a pot roast.
