1 lb sliced bacon chopped
½ lb sausage
4 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
½ tsp garlic powder
9 large eggs
1½ cups small curd cottage cheese
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Set aside.
Cook bacon and sausage in a large skillet until done. Drain fat.
Place eggs and cottage cheese in a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.

In a large bowl, combine bacon, sausage, hash brown potatoes, egg mixture, cheddar cheese, and swiss cheese.
Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
Bake 55 to 65 minutes.

There is no need to thaw the shredded hash brown potatoes before adding them to the casserole.

I blend the eggs and cottage cheese together in a food processor until smooth.
