4 chicken breasts
1 bell pepper
1 can chopped rotel
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
Velveeta cheese
Spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken (approximately 45 min.), remove chicken and save the water
Chop up bell pepper and add to water chicken was cooked in, bring to boil and add spaghetti.
In large baking dish, add soups, rotel, chicken (cut into small pieces) and cooked spaghetti.
Stir together.
Place small pieces of velveeta cheese on top and heat in oven @350 degrees until melted.

After the chicken has boiled it only takes about 20 minutes

This is a good recipe for those on the go. It can be reheated and served at different times. Also, you can omit the green pepper if you want (my son does not like anything with green peppers in it).
