5-10 Roma tomatoes
2-3 serrano or jalapeno peppers
½ small onion, chopped
cilantro to taste
8 oz. tomato sauce
salt to taste
2 avocados

Directions:
Directions:
Boil tomatoes and peppers, then blend. Add remaining ingredients and simmer. Serve warm or cold.

(I prefer to cook the onion a bit too because we don't like it raw.)
