1 1/2 cups graham crackers, finely crushed (1 pkg)
3/4 stick butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup sugar
16 oz. cream cheese ( Philadelphia only)
2/3 cup sugar
3 eggs
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine graham crackers, butter, vanilla, and the 1/4 cup of sugar. Press into a 10" pie dish. Bake 5 minutes at 350º.
Mix at low speed cream cheese, 2/3 cup sugar, eggs, lemon juice, and vanilla. Pour into baked crust. Bake 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Blend sour cream, vanilla and 1/4 cup sugar together. Spread lightly on top of filling. Bake 5 minutes. Let cool. Refrigerate 2-3 hours.
