Ingredients:  
4 c fresh or canned fruit:blackberries, peaches, cherries
1c flour
1c sugar
1 T baking powder
1 c milk
1/2 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
In an over proof large bowl melt butter, in another bowl mix flour sugar and baking powder together. Add milk and mix well. Pour over butter. Do not mix. Add fruit. Do not mix.
Bake 350 degrees 35-45 minutes or till golden.

This is our families favorite recipe for blackberry cobbler. Every summer when the berries are ready this cobbler goes into the oven from the first batch picked.
