1 1/4 c flour
1 T baking powder
2 T sugar
1/2 tea salt
1 egg
1 c Milk
Bacon
Butter and syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Start a skillet of bacon reserving the bacon drippings. In bowl combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Mix well. Make a well in center and add egg and 3/4 c milk. Mix and add remainder of the milk if you want a thinner batter. Add 2 tbsp bacon drippings and mix. Pour batter on a flat iron and cook till golden on both sides. Top with your favorite toppings.

Note: this recipe can be multiplied as much as needed.

Pancakes get made and eaten at my house every time the grandkids visit.
The bacon drippings is the secret to these pancakes. I keep a jar of bacon only drippings in the refrigerator to make these pancakes.
