6 slices day-old bread
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese, divided
1 cup (4 ounces) grated Parmesan cheese, divided
6 eggs
2 cups milk
½ cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon dried dillweed
½ teaspoon dried mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ to ½ teaspoon Tabasco pepper sauce

Lightly butter a 10x6 inch (1½­ quart) baking dish.
Trim crusts from bread and place trimmed bread in bottom of dish.
Sprinkle 1 cup Swiss cheese and ½ cup Parmesan cheese over trimmed bread.
In medium bowl, beat together eggs, milk, onions, salt, dill, mustard, Worcestershire and Tabasco; pour over trimmed bread and cheese.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Cover, let stand 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Place baking dish in pan of hot water; bake in 350º F oven 45 to 55 minutes or until tip of knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
If desired, serve with additional Tabasco sauce.
