1 pkg. instant yeast
1 cup very warm water, 115º F.
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
2 T. vegetable oil
2 ½ cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Stir salt, sugar and instant yeast to 2 ¼ cups flour in mixing bowl. Add oil and water and stir together vigorously for 20 to 30 strokes. Add more flour if dough is sticky. Let rest 5 minutes, then press into a greased 16x11x1 baking sheet. Spread with favorite pizza sauce and toppings. Bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes.

This pizza recipe was my favorite supper for my family after Saturday night Mass for years. As soon as I got home, I made the dough, got the toppings ready, assembled the pizza and while baking, I changed my clothes. Cheese and crackers were a favorite appetizer while waiting!
