1 pound bulk sausage
3 slices bread (cubed crouton size)
6 eggs
1 teaspoon dry mustard (optional)
2 cups milk
1 cup sharp cheese or (use baby Swiss for a milder cheese flavor)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook, drain, and spread sausage in 9x13" dish.
Sprinkle cubed bread over the sausage.
Beat the eggs and milk, mustard, salt and pepper.
Pour egg mixture over bread and sausage.
Top with grated cheese.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350°F.
Special Features: Good for Christmas morning breakfast. Can also be used for brunch or luncheon. Good served with fruit cup, coffee cake and biscuits.
