350g ground almonds
200 g powdered sugar
Zest if 2 lemons
2 medium eggs

Preheat oven to 350
Line pan with parchment paper.
Mix all ingredients to form soft slightly sticky dough.

Dust hands with sugar and scoop out walnut size ball of dough and roll gently in palms. Put balls on pan and make indentation in center of each.

Bake for 12-14 minutes. Cool on rack.
