Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 ⅓ cup warm water, 115º
1/4 cup non-fat dry milk
½ tsp salt
4 cups flour
1 ½ tsp sugar
1 pkg. instant dry yeast
2 T. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Add dough hook to stand mixer.

Put yeast, sugar, salt and dry milk in the bowl of mixer. Add warm water and stir to mix well. Allow to sit 2 minutes until bubbles form. Add oil and stir again.

Add the flour slowly on mixer speed 4 until dough forms around dough hook and is not sticking to bowl sides, about 5 minutes.

Don't have to add all the flour during this time since you can turn dough out on lightly floured surface after the 5 minutes and knead the dough until elastic and not sticky.

Divide dough and press into greased 12-inch pizza pans that have been sprinkled with cornmeal. Spread with favorite sauce and toppings.

Bake at 425º F. for 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.

It's fun to make your own pizza and even the grandkids like to shape their own pizza dough and design their own toppings on top!
