1 lb.mild white fish fillets, like bass, perch, etc.

Seasoned flour
½ cup flour
salt-pepper

1 egg, well beaten

Breading
2/3 cup Panko breadcrumbs
3 T. melted butter
Parmesan cheese, ½ cup shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Large baking sheet, lined with aluminum foil.

Dip fish fillet in seasoned flour bowl.

Next, dip in beaten egg bowl.

Then, place in Breading bowl. Pat on fillets and place on foiled jellyroll pan.

Bake 10 minutes, then turn over and brown other side for 10-15 minutes.
