1 32 oz. bag frozen hash browns potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
½ cup chopped onion
¼ cup melted butter
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper

Topping
2 cups crushed corn flakes
¼ cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw potatoes. Mix all other ingredients together and mix into the potatoes. Place into a buttered 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle topping that has been stirred together over the potatoes.

Bake at 350º F. for 45 minutes to 1½ hours, if potatoes are still frozen.
