1/2 cup butter
¼ cup milk

Directions:
In a mixing bowl, cut the cold butter into the flour using a knife or even your fingers to blend together into coarse crumbs. Add milk and quickly combine into a ball, sprinkling more flour over fingers and dough so it is not so sticky, if necessary. Refrigerate for 15-30 minutes. Roll out on lightly floured surface into a large circle that fits into pie plate and can make a decorated edge.

Makes 1 pie crust, perfect for a pumpkin or pecan pie.

Personal Notes:
This is my mother-in-law's (Stacy Otto) recipe that is so easy and delicious! I would make a little cinnamon sugar pastry using the scraps of pie dough pieces not needed for edging and baked at same time.
