Version 1;

3/4 c. chopped Medjool dates
1/2 c. rolled oats
1/4 c. peanut butter
chia seeds for garnish

Version 2;

1 c. oatmeal
1/3 c. honey
1 c. coconut flakes
1/2 c. ground flaxseed
1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Version 1;
Soak dates in small bowl for 5-10 minutes. Drain. Combine all in food processor until finely chopped. Roll into 12 balls about 1 T. size. Garnish with Chia seeds. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes and up to 1 week.

Version 2;
Mix all ingredients and put in fridge until firmer, before making into balls - roll in coconut flakes.
