1 cup quick oats
1 cup sugar
1 stick salted butter, melted 1 large egg, beaten with a fork
1 ½ tsp vanilla
2 tsp orange juice
3 T Flour
½ tsp salt
6 oz semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º.
Mix oats, sugar and butter together with a wooden spoon. Stir in the egg and blend well, then vanilla, and orange juice. Add flour and salt and stir to mix. Should be thick.

Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and drop batter by ½ tsp, 2 inches apart as they will spread, 12 per sheet. Bake 8 - 10 minutes.

Cool cookies on baking sheets until just holding their shape, about 2 minutes, don't wait much longer as they will be difficult to remove. Transfer to cooling rack.

Put choc chips in microwave, 20 second intervals and checking until almost melted, then stir to melt completely,

Thinly spread chocolate on flat side of cookies. Sandwich with another cookie. Let cool 2 hours.
