1 1/4 of milk
1/2 a cup of unsalted butter
1 package of yeast


2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
1 tsp of vanilla
zest of 1 orange


4 cups of flour
1 tsp of salt

1 large egg beaten plus 1 teaspoon of water
Colored sprinkles

Directions:
Directions:
In a small saucepan mix milk and butter and stirring until butter melt. Just WARM (not too hot, not too cold. Add yest .
Mix the beaten eggs, sugar, vanilla and orange zest, and add to the warmed milk, butter mixture.
Mix flour and salt and slowly add to the milk and butter.
With a electric mixer on medium-low speed mix all the ingredients.

Place on a parchment baking sheet and cover with a plastic wrap or a dish towel.and allow ti rise in a warm aerea for about 45 minutes .
Preheat oven to 3500 F.

Whisk together 1 egg with 1 teaspoon water. Brush each braid bread with the egg wash
Tap the bread with sprinkles . Place 1 coloring egg in the center of the dough.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
