Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
My grandmother, Lucretia, would make extra fried tomatoes, then she would serve the gravy over them. This is one of those recipes you kind of had to grow up with to really appreciate, but it is one of my childhood, summertime favorites. It may not be appealing to the eye, but if you like tomatoes, I suggest you give this a try!
