2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb. sausage
2 c. milk
1 c. bisquick
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Spread cheese over bottom of greased 9x13 pan. Brown sausage and spread over cheese. In mixing bowl combine the rest of the ingredients by hand or with blender for 1 minute until fluffy. Pour over cheese and sausage. Bake at 400º for 34 to 40 minutes.
