4 celery stalks, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1-teaspoon paprika
1-teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1-cup water
2 cups matzo meal
1/2 cup safflower oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Add all vegetables to bowl of food processor, and with steel knife, pulse
to combine.

Put into a bowl, and mix in matzo meal, oil and water.

Combine mixture with spoon, and add seasonings**

Cut strips of foil approximately 12" X 15", Shape half or one-third of mixture into a loaf and roll up to resemble an 8" cylinder; twist ends of foil to seal (should make 2 -3 loafs)

Place on a baking pan, and bake for approximately 50 minutes.
