2 tablespoons avocado oil
1/2 medium white onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced or 2-3T already minced garlic
1/2lb to 1lb pork tenderloin, chopped into bite size chunks
1 cup chicken bone broth
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 1/2 cups frozen broccoli florets or 2 cups fresh broccoli
4 T tamari soy sauce
2 T teryaki marinade sauce
2T brown SWERVE sugar

Directions:
Press SAUTE and add oil; when shimmering add the onion pork and garlic. Cook until softened/browned.
Add the 1 cup of broth, broccoli, tamari soy sauce, and teriyaki marinade to the IP.
Secure the lid of the IP and ensure the valve is set to SEALING.
Press MANUAL and adjust the time to 6 minutes on HIGH pressure.
When the IP beeps after pressure cooking for 5 minutes, turn the setting on top of your IP to VENTING. The pin at the top of your IP will drop when all pressure has been released and it's safe to open.
Add in the cornstarch and stir. Saute for a few minutes until sauce thickens.

This is best served over rice or a combination of rice/cauliflower rice.

OPTIONAL: Top with red pepper flakes
