Vegetarian Chili Recipe

3/4 cup dry pinto beans
3/4 cup dry red kidney beans
3/4 cup dry black beans
1/4 cup olive oil
3 small onions diced
1 cup green mild chilis
3 large cloves of garlic minced
4 Tablespoons chili powder
2 1/2 Tablespoons cumin
3/4 teaspoons dry oregano
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Soak beans overnight. Simmer for 3 hours until tender with first column of ingredients with plenty of water. (Keep checking)

Add at the very end:
1 (28 oz) cans tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
