8 cups of sliced strawberries
1/4 cup sugar
3 Tab. Cointreau
3 Tab white rum
3 Tab vodka
1 cup whipped cream
1 tabl raspberry liqueur
1 tab cointreau
Quart vanilla ice cream
Directions:
Directions:
Place slides strawberries in a glass bowl. Be sure it’s glass. Sprinkle with sugar. Combine 3 Tab. Cointreau, rum and vodka. Pour over strawberries . Chill at least 3 hours.

Whip 1 cup whipping cream. Add 1 Tab. Raspberry liqueur and the 1 tab Cointreau.

Soften 2 cups vanilla ice cream. Beat at low speed until as smooth as whipped cream. Combine it with the whipped cream.

Drain the berries. Layer the ice cream mixture with the strawberries in a parfait glass. top with a strawberry.
