10 un-peeled potatoes, cooked and drained
1 cup chopped onions
¼ cup butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup crushed corn flakes
3 T. Butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Remove skins from potatoes. Shred into bowl. Saute’ onion in ¼ cup butter until tender. Remove fromheat. Stir in soup and sour cream. Pour over potatoes and cheese. Mix well. Turn into greased 13X9 inch pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle with corn flakes, drizzle with the melted butter. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
