1 cup Golden flax seeds
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup brown unhulled sesame seeds
1 cup raw sunflower seeds
1 cup bran
1 cup wheat germ
1 cup almonds
1 cup pecans
8 cups oatmeal (not quick)

Combine and mix ingredients. Then Add:

Mix these ingredients together first
1 teaspoon salt
1 to 1 1/2 cups honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup cold pressed olive or grape seed oil
3 teaspoons vanilla
1 Tablespoon cinnamon

Spread onto 2 or 3 cookie sheets and bake in oven at 135 degrees for 2 or 3 hours.
