4 cup flour / gf flour
1 1/8 cups butter melted
3/4 cup whit sugar
2 (0.25 oz) envelopes active dry yeast
1/4 cup warm milk
1 egg

Filling
1 1/2 cup molasses
1 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup butter
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Step 1:
mix flour, melted butter, sugar, yeast, milk, and egg. When thick turn onto floured surface and kneed by hand. set to rise for 45 minutes

Step 2:
Filling - heat molasses, brown sugar, remaining butter, and cinnamon in sauce pan over medium heat. Stir to blend

Step 3:
Preheat pizzelle iron. Kneed dough briefly and divide dough into 2 inch balls or size of pizzelle iron. Press thin on iron and cook until iron stops releasing steam or the waffles are golden brown.

Step 4:
carefully remove with a knife or spatula and split in half horizontally. insert filling immediately between two halves or will break. Enjoy
