1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
6 small spring onions chopped
3 c. water
6 chicken bouillon cubes
Juice of 1 lemon
Dash of salt & pepper
Dash of nutmeg (optional)
1/2 pt. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Boil spinach and onions in 2 cups of the water. Dissolve bouillon cubes in other cup of boiling water. Add to all other ingredients except sour cream & nutmeg. Blend all this in blender. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Add sour cream just before serving, Mix well. Serve cold. May add dash of nutmeg to each serving if desired.
