3 cups(24 oz.) frozen O’Brien hashbrowns, thawed
12 eggs
1 cup milk
2 cups(8oz.) cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb. cooked ham, diced
¼ tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt(optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray. Spread hash browns in bottom of pan. In large bowl beat eggs and milk. Add cheese, ham, pepper, salt and mix well. Pour over potatoes. Cover and refrigerate overnight and bake next morning, uncovered at 350° for 1 hour or until knife in center comes out clean. Serves 12.
