In am mixing bowl add:
3 cups of self-rising flour
½ cup sugar
16 ounces of beer

Directions:
Directions:
Stir all ingredients until combined.
Pour ingredients into a loaf pan that has been sprayed with cooking/baking spray.
Distribute evenly in the loaf pan.

Bake in 370º oven for 40 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
Optional - spread the top with butter after removing it from the oven.

Allow to cool.
