Brownie Layer
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup potato starch
1/2 cup ground almonds
1 tsp vanilla

Cookie Layer
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 cups ground almonds
1 cup potato starch
3/4 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Line 8 x 8 inch pan with parchment paper.

Combine all brownie layer ingredients and pour into pan.

In another bowl combine cookie ingredients and place on brownie layer. It’s easier if you flatten pieces of dough with your hands and place on bottom layer.

Bake for 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. When cooled cut into pieces.
